Having spent 10+ years in a corporate environment, and 10+ years studying yoga, I understand how to seamlessly marry these two different sides of life. Bringing yoga to the workplace is my passion - mostly because the results are incredible!

Yoga has the incredible ability to reduce stress, enhance brain power and boost mental health while strengthening the physical body. It’s not just physical exercise as it effortlessly supports both mind and body. It’s a low-cost option for companies because it requires minimal equipment and can be practiced in multi-use spaces, such as a cafeteria, conference room, employee desks or even outside.
